Ridiculous bathroom rules and terrible movie experience

<p>I went to ster kinekor sterland in Arcadia, Pretoria yesterday (17th of December 2016). I needed the restroom before buying movie tickets and refreshments but was told I needed to produce a ticket first to use one. There was a staff member by the bathroom entrance as well as a sign saying this but oddly enough these rules only app**** to female restrooms. Men could go into theirs without restrictions of any kind. It made me feel that the company discriminates against us women. A customer questioned the staff member guarding the restroom door since his wife was being refused entry and it turned into a screaming match then the staff member proceeded to tell the man and his wife to go to hell. We were all so shocked and walked away. </p> <p>When we finally sat down to watch the movie the lights in the cinema were left on for 20 minutes after the movie had started. The ones on the side were turned off while the 2 bright lights in the back were still on for another 15 minutes . I've been to sterland several times before but have never come across something like this. </p>
