respect for customers' time is valuable!
The movie was suppose start at 20:00, because they were other customers who decided to come late. The manager on duty decides to tell us that she will be delaying the movie. The movie only started at 20:40. The nerve to come to us and tell us that! I was not happy at all. people who get free services are treated better!!!
