Repeated Debit Order Problem

I really hope I get to change this review very soon, because I love going to the movies, we're in the cinema every single weekend for at least one or two screenings.

For this reason I've been a subscriber of Ster-Kinekor Morvies for about over 2 years now.

For some reason my monthly subscription fees are failing. When I checked my profile on the website I discovered that it's because the site does not save my card details for the debit order. I have to manually make a payment each month to maintain the subscription after I've received an email stating that my debit order has failed.

I've lost count the amount of times I've tried to contact Ster-Kinekor about this issue and they assure me that the issue has been fixed, but no change.
