Customer Reasurance

<p>Tebogo Modisha as the Manger on 01/03/2018 at Africa Mall was patient and even called back on the number I gave&nbsp;as I&nbsp;relayed to her&nbsp;loosing my house keys at their cinema,. I really thought I had dropped my house keys at their cinema where I watched Fifty Shades Freed. I appreciate the effort she took to answer my call and actually make me believe she has checked all over the place for me. I felt reassured as I was under pressure but Tebogo, as a Customer Manger, used her customer manager s****s to make me calm. I ended up finding my keys in the pile of work in my office that&nbsp;I left before I went to watch the movie. Thanks Ster Kinekor family. I even saw the note you placed for #BlackPanther that you are working on it. It's a sign that you really value your customers.</p>
