Refuse to cancel booking
I booked 2 tickets for Sunday 25th October. On Tuesday 20th October, I wanted to cancel the booking, but they refused to cancel my booking. I could understand if it is the day before, but it is 5 days before and there is no chance of even getting a percentage refund, just a flat No REFUNDS.
