Refund query
I have logged numerous complaints and queries with Ster-Kinekor since the 2nd May 2019 and till this day I have not received any form of feedback of let alone a response to my email acknowledging the receipt of if or my case being assigned to anyone. This is a refund query that no one seems to be interested in giving us any form of feedback about it. I have even gone to the extent of DMing them on Twitter but I am getting dead silence.
