Refund processed on the 2nd of July still not paid into my account

I requested for a refund and i was told my refund was processed on the 2nd of July and it would take 7 to 14 days for the funds to reflect in my account. Today is the 30th and 20 business days later and i still don't have my refund.

I have asked for proof of payment and I have not received that as well. Case CAS-253556-S0W8B8
