Refund not paid for 2 months!!

Wouldn’t even rate them a 1! It’s ridiculous paid for 2 prestige Barbie movie tickets which I didn’t receive and was debited for in the beginning of August and still waiting for my refund it is now October. I want my refund now, I’ve been told it takes 7 days, it’s 2 months now!
