Refund me like promised Ster-kinekor!!!!

I was supposed to be refunded my money. The manager at the Gateway branch promised me it would take 2 days. It's not been 3 weeks and I have received nothing. I called the customer care, they gave me a number for Gateway as they could not help me. The number rings continuously. This is very unprofessional, I need my refund immediately as my 3 year old son was not allowed to watch Spiderman!!!!
