Refund Issues
<p>After purchasing tickets for the Logan movie at The Grove Prestige for 20:00 03/03/17 15:30 I was sent a message telling me that there was a problem and I was still funded. I phoned and a guy told me the tickets were purchased but I can't use them as there's a problem and I must email for a refund for the R260.</p> <p> </p> <p>After speaking to an operator at Ster-Kinikor and sending my bank statements through, I was told that the money would be refunded within 14 days. It’s been almost a month and I have not received any information aside from a reference nr. Think twice before buying movie tickets online with Ster-Kinikor!</p>
