REFUND FOR TICKETS HAS STILL NOT BEEN RECEIVED

I am so disappointed with your service, I have requested a refund since February 2015 for the tickets I booked for 50 Shades of Grey due to the fact that there was load shedding on the day of the show, A person by the name of Lynette has been emailing me telling me my money for my tickets will be refunded , asked for my card details numerous times which I have given to her since February , I have sent her another mail and now she is asking me to go and get a statement from my bank showing that I definately paid for the tickets, really what kind of abuse is this!!! Is this the way one treats loyal customers , its not even about the money , its the horrible customer service, no follow ups for a refund that suppose to be done almost 3 months ago
