Refund

I booked to watch Thunderbolts (01/05/2025) at IMAX Eastgate , but when we arrived there we were told that the IMAX cinema was not operational. my reference for 01/05/2025 is WWXX6TF. After waiting over 30 minutes, we were told that they could not sort the issue out so we will be refunded.

I booked on the Ster Kinekor App and when the staff check, they informed me that the booking was already cancelled and I will be refunded with 5-7 working days. I then rebooked for the same movie on the App for Saturday 03/05/2025 with reference number WFHHM2P. i have not received my refund as of today 3/05/2025. After numerous engagements with them they are missing up the references and refuse to refund my booking for 01/05/2025.
