Refund

On the 15th of January 2023 I received a birthday voucher and I bought another ticket to go watch movies at the cinema in maponya mall. On our arrival there was loadshedding and the generator was not working so we were adviced that we can request a refund. I sent an email requesting a refund but since today from the 17th of January I still haven't been assisted, I've been calling the call centre they kept promising to solve my issue I even ended up requesting re admission tickets if a refund is an issue but till today I haven't received any communication. I'm so disappointed my heart is broken to receive such treatment from sterkinekor.
