Refund

Very much disappointed, I’ve been trying to get my refund with no success.. and I got a reply today which states that I was accomodated to watch a moive knowing very well that I didn’t watch any moive I went there late I acknowledge that but when I found my seat occupied.. I couldn’t watch it I had to return back home Now they’re telling that only R30 will be refunded out of the amount of R460 no maan I wouldn’t about such thing , I was even advices by someone who works there by the cinema , she told me that I should write an email I will be assisted 🫣and now this … no next time I want to watch a moive I will go somewhere else . Now I know yoooo
