refund

Good day

I have been to Ster Kinekor on Saturday 3 August 2024. After O made booking and paid online for Deadpool vs Wolverine When I arrived at the cinema I was informed my kids cant watch the movie as it has a PG16 on it.

Now the followibg is an isseu 1. During the booking stage ,noweher was asked what the age was of kids 2. When I added kids 3D glasses I was not ttld the movie is not for children under certain age 3. If all this was in place, the system should have told/inform me that kids are under age and not able to watch this movie 4. When I arrived at the cinema, I was informed about this so I reweusted refund on my payment as I can not wait another 2/3 Hours for the next mobie to start as I have travelled 180km tand R100 tolgate fees just to watch the movie. 5. Refund vorm was completed, fund was done to catlrd that I used to make payment. This happen at about 13:20 on Saturday 3 August. I was informed to wait 24 hours for the mobey to reflect in account.

Today is Teusday at 09:23 and still no money is in account/card that it was made to.
