Re-book Ticket

I went to the Cinema with my wife on the 14th Feb to watch the 17:15 movie, only to find Eskom killed the power.
I then asked the SK people what do I need to do to get my ticket re-booked as we really want to watch this movie.
I was told to call the SK Ticket line as the ticket was purchase online and online is used by another external people that links with SK to issue tickets, long story short they cant help me.

I spent R30 trying to call SK tickets helpline and even emailed info who sent me the ticket ref for my movie.
No Answer from info
Calling SK ticket heldesk gets me nowhere, the phone rings and then I get cut off, multiple times.

All I want is to book my ticket so I can watch the movie, is that so hard to ask for.
This is ridiculous for a Cinema group this large not to effectively assist there customers.

I need someone to contact me from SK urgently in order to rebook my tickets to a later date or give a voucher and I will go in to book the ticket myself.
