Re admission voucher
I was watching Star Wars Rogue One in 2016 when it released at the cinema in Polokwane and due to power failures and them not being able to get the sound back up the whole movie experience was ruined. That was understandable as these things happen in especially in our country with load shedding a real issue and I was compensated with a readmission voucher. It is now 2017 and I finally got round to using my voucher for IT, a movie that released on the 19 September 2017 by is considered “new” in Polokwane. I am now told that I can’t use my readmission voucher which I got for after paying full price for a new 3D movie at the time (R80). Why can I not use this voucher to watch any movie why am I being limited?
