Que etiquette

Last night I went to the tellers at approximately 10:25pm to book a movie. I was alone and 2 men were behind me. The one was standing rather close to me as I was busy paying for my ticket and rummaging through my bag so I simply turned to look at him and asked him not to stand on top of me. This caused him and his friend to start quite an audible disregard for my personal space as they continued to swear and intimidate me with vulgar language. In the mean time, your manager was right in front of me and stayed absolutely silent. Perhaps you need to school your staff on how to intervene in these instances AND perhaps you need to draw a line for a que point as this is south Africa and customers need to feel safe whilst payments are made.
