Protection of Customer information threat

I created my Ster-Kinekor profile today and upon updating my password, an email was sent back to me (decidedly un-ecrypted) indicating my Password in FULL.<br> <br> If anyone intercepted that email, what's to say they will not gain access to my profile (hacking) OR if that password is used in other sensitive access points of my life?<br> <br> That's a poor level of controls to ensure protection of customer information from Ster-Kinekor, and I'm hoping they rectify ASAP.<br> <br> Thanks
