Projects don’t work and staff ***********

Went to a movie at Brooklyn this evening. Half way through the movie projector goes. They keep us waiting for 45 minutes whilst they try fix the problem. Not possible because knowbody knows how. Ster Kinekor have ruined my evening. What do we get in return for this madness. ... We can come back and watch the same movie again, if the projector works that is! I have the whole sorded affair including the *********** staff piece on video which I will post shortly. My real gripe is the attitude of the staff and the complete lack of compensation!
