Projector problems

I invited family and friends to see the movie \Sink\" at Cresta Ster Kinekor on Friday, 18 March 2016 at 20:15 which was the first day it was being shown at cinemas. I had seen the movie at the Premiere and was excited to see it again. When the movie started I was shocked at the poor quality of the lighting, colour and sound. This was definitely not what I had seen at the Premiere! The assistant manager said there was a problem with the projector and it would be fixed the next day. I got a re-admission ticket when a family member complained to the manager. Ster Kinekor seems to think that it is acceptable to give away free tickets in exchange for bad service. The viewers were not aware that the poor quality of the movie was as a result of the faulty projector. They just thought it was the way the movie was filmed. What a disappointment to the Sink team who worked so hard to produce a top quality film and then have it ruined as a result of a technical problem by Ster Kinekor. "
