Prestige Seats broken

Good day <br> <br> I have purchased 4 tickets to watch the Maze Runner the Scorch Trials yesterday at 2 30pm at Rosebank Zone Prestige. My ticket ref ***. Row B seats 1 -4 <br> <br> The love nest seats that I booked was broken. It could not recline and the back rest was not right, I had to sit in a uncomfortable position.<br> <br> I went to report it and was told that the cinema was fully booked.<br> <br> What I find very funny is that if you guys know that the seat is broken , why sell the seat and make us pay the full price for it?? That it's unfair and ******** service I tell you. I am a regular customer for Ster-Kinekor and this service really sucks.<br> <br> please investigate and get back to be <br>
