Prestige movie house Rosebank in bad condition

My Partner and I recently visited Prestige cinema at Rosebank. We were booked to watch the Thor Ragnarok at 6pm .Upon entering the cinema all the lights were off which made it quite a difficult task to find your seats. There were lots of people fumbling around in the dark , some with cellphones walking around in the dark looking for the seats. I really dont know why the lights were off even before the previews and ads had started. After finally locating our seats in the dark. I sat in my and immediately sank as the seat felt broke. I tried to recline it and once it fully reclined I sank even further to a point could feel the dirt and old food that had been dropped behind the seat which was rather disgusting considering the price you pay for a prestige ticket. I then managed to get a free seat next to my partner only to find that seat did not recline at all.This is really not what I or any other customer is paying for . I was really disturbed by the experience and will be sharing it on social media if i am not contacted
