Prestige for who

So I booked tickets for lion king at the zone rosebank in the prestige cinema

Firstly I had to follow a queue to collect my already booked tickets where 4 of the self service machines were out of service

Then I get to the prestige section where the line is going out the prestige area... as I'm following the queue I see people infront of me buying their pop corn and walking out the prestige section into the normal movies area...

As I get close the till theres a call from one of the two open tills asking for prestige customers... I finally get there and present my slip and place my order for food where the lady forgets to hand my 3d glasses... I now walk into the cinema already 40minutes late and have to run back out for my 3d glasses.... I paid the price which Is double than the normal tickets to a movie because I expected the comfort as well as the VIP section to be just for the people who paid for that services only to be treated like I bought a normal ticket...

For the price I paid I wasted more time and missed 40 minutes of the movie.... you guys should honestly take away the prestige if it's there for everyone to use
