Prestige Cinema......think again!!

On Sunday 8 February I booked Tickets for Jupitor Ascending at the Prestige Cinema at Gradelstone. When we arrived the the counter that sells drinks and sweets and where orders could be placed was completely empty also NO stock, all the ads you see on TV and on Screen is *******, there was no service whatsoever. To make it worse there was loadshedding at 18:00, so after watching only the first 30min we all had to get up and leave...No generator!. One person was doing the vouchers to return for free, we left it as the Que was 100 people. What a horrible experience.
