Prestige cinema Claremont - bad service- *********** staff/ manager
Unacceptable service due to ster kinekor systems error and *********** staff/management. i was forced to make double payment of different amounts ( no explanation why) for the same items as they insisted the system went offline at the time of my purchase, (both payments was deducted from my account) manager Luqmaan blatenly ignores me as im showing him my proof of payment and i then requested an explination!( he walked away) This took place as he disturbs me whilst watching a movie that i paid for R140 and refuses to call management as per my request. Im requesting for this matter to be addressed with urgency, my account to be refunded and an explanation for the difference in price for the same transaction. Regards
