To whom it concerns<br> <br> I took my friend to have the Prestige Experience, but sadly was met with a very rude and very unhelpful Matshidiso. Ster-kinekor prestige prides itself in promoting the service and experience of Prestige. But to be honest, I would rather have gone to the normal counters to order things, because they are atleast more helpful and friendly. And the menu was shoddy and falling apart with pages missing.<br> <br> Matshidiso was very short and made us feel like we were inconviencing her, I don't expect overly friendly stuff, but she really ruined the experience. With no polite please or she just shoved my slip towards me and said \sign"....I don't generally complain. But at the price I paid i'm really much better off going to regular movies.
