Power failure problem

As per previous experiences with Ster-Kinekor, they claim to be a cinema where people can watch uninterrupted movies (as they have back up power supply), but in this situation it seemed not to be the case. After buying popcorn at Fourways Ster-Kinekor and waiting for the movie to start, the cinema had a power failure and we could not watch the movie (which was very disappointing), altough they gave us complimentary tickets they could not give us a voucher for our popcorn, after buying it to eat it while watching a movie (so wasting the money we spent on the popcorn as we have to buy popcorn again when going back to watch the movie another day). Since I'm a student, popcorn is quite expensive and I felt like they could have given us a refund on our popcorn as well.
