POPCORN BROWN BAGS..... HORRIFIED

Went to the movies a while back and received those horrible paper bags that caused me and my family not to enjoy the movie AT ALL. the noise from those paper bags was so distracting and really uncomfortable when sitting comfortable. you have to constantly concentrate for the bag not to fall over. During the movie you can hear how every now and then someone grapping for their bag. One lady actually couldn't catch hers in time and lost, what looked like, almost all of her popcorn. You should go back to the original popcorn holders as this was ridiculous. The head office won't even do the effort and respond to my mail about the bags they leave it to the branch to deal with although they very well know that the branch can't do anything about it. You pay so much money for popcorn while a a 1kg of popcorn in stores cost not even R15, to have it in that brown bag and to have fall on the ground. If they expect customers to pay happily for popcorn don't give them paper bags.
