Poor & Slowest service always on demanding days

Monday was my 3rd time going to the imax since December 2015 to see 1 of their popular screenings and on arrival we were held up in long queue for more than 40 minutes, almost missing the beginning of the movie. There were also 3 or 4 tills NOT IN SERVICE on the first weekend of the main show. We especially left extra early to avoid the long queues as it is a usual thing on the 1st weekend of the main screenings. I live in the southern suburbs and have to travel quite a distance just for the premier viewing but to stand waiting for food in for that long is just ridiculous and makes one not want to go to the Imax again if that is the service we are getting. It also doesn't make sense not to have all tills operating on their busiest days.
