Poor service, very unpleasant experience

Our romantic evening was ruined by the staff and lack of management. We booked a love seat at the Prestige cinema to see Deadpool. There are no signs showing the inside food counter, when we did find it no-one was serving. We queued at the normal exterior food counter for at least 25 minutes, to then be asked by a disinterested assistant what we would like to order. Each time we requested an item, shown on display, we were told the stock had expired. According to her all the stock, the Whispers and all other chocolates had expired, and the Astros were out of stock in the large size. She had let go of the red slush when giving it to the customer in front of us too soon, and it had spilled on his date's white shirt, so perhaps she was not in a great frame of mind. By the time the slush had been cleaned off the floor, and we had finally been served, the beginning of the movie had already started. We rushed into the cinema, being incorrectly directed by the lady who checked our ticket, she was talking to the cleaner mopping the floor, our feet were wiped with the dirty mop as he was not paying attention, only to find someone else sitting in the seats we had paid premium price for.
