Poor service, poor management!

On arrival we stood in the cue to buy our movie tickets and for some reason all the boards with the prices was removed . Then I ordered a Large slush puppy but they had no cups I had to settle for a medium needless to say halfway trough the movie my drink was finished. Okay so it could not get any worse so I thought, when I went to put spices on my popcorn there was none.
