Poor Service overall
I bought tickets online on 13 Feb for 4 people on vitality at Brooklyn with my credit card, two days later I saw I was billed twice for the tickets. I just wasn't up for a fight and left it behind me as a bad experience.

On Sat 20 Feb My wife booked a movie at Irene on her smartphone via the ster kinekor app.
When we arrived at 17.00 for the movie starts at 17.20 we found queues like you can not believe.
I went and stood in the row for beverages and my wife stood in the row for the self help tickets.
Only 3 of the 6 self help terminals were working. When she got to the front her tickets wouldn't print because of a printer jam. She had to leave the row to go look for someone to help her. They couldn't give her a ticket and said she can scan her ticket on her smartphone at the entrance to the cine, she doesn't need a printed ticket. At that stage it was 17.20. I left the row for there were still 10 people in front of me. When we got to the lady at the entrance to the cines she told us we can not scan on the mobile we need a ticket... We just walked passed her to the cine and sat on our places without any beverages.

This level of service can't continue, Please refund me and sort it
