Poor service & non-functioning equipment
<p>At around 11:30 I go to buy some cold drink .... firstly with only 1 other customer buying refreshments before me I'm kept waiting in line a number of minutes with more than 6 people behind the counter folding hands looking at me - eventually one person walks over and serves me. Then she says to wait as only one till point is working. Extremely disappointed by overall service and lack of customer acknowledgement by Ster Kinekor. Being a customer that visits them at least 2x a month - I'm not at all happy.</p>
