Poor service from Greenstone Ster-Kinekor

Please may I put it to your attention that the staff at Greenstone Ster-Kinekor is very disrespectful towards customers and lack customer service. This goes for your frontline employees as well as the cleaners. However I must say that the gentleman that helped us purchase tickets (forgot his name but he has dreadlocks) was very polite and helpful.

First incident is when collecting snacks for the movie and lady that helped us was very rude. We waited for almost 5min to get served as there was no one at the counter and when she finally arrives she chats to a colleague across the floor without even paying much attention to our request that we don't want ice on the softdrinks. Then she RUDELY obliges to not putting ice.

As if that's not enough, we then get the cleaning staff speaking loudly by the door while we're still enjoying the movie. They obviously couldn't wait to get us out of the Cine 1. As their second attempt to kick us out, the cleaners then switch on the lights and wait by the door and have this unwelcoming faces on as we are ushered out. If it was a late night movie maybe the excuse was that they needed to get home or something; but this is for a 6pm movie on a Wednesday with hardly more than 10 people in the cinema! This is unacceptable and entirely not a way to treat clients. They might not like what they do but can they at least show some kind of respect to customers.

I wouldn't go back to watch a movie there or recommend anyone I know to use Greenstone Ster-Kinekor either! I hope the management will address this...
