Poor service for a high price

We attended a long film on a friday evening (the second best marigold hotel) and the cinema was not full at all. Yet because the air conditioner was clearly not working by the end of the film we were so incredibally hot and uncomfortable that we consiedered stepping out before the completion of the film (one which we had been looking forward to seeing). This is unacceptable given that a movie ticket costs in the region of R60
