Poor Service & Delays getting refreshments @ movie

Yesterday was undoubtedly a movies day. Ster Kenikor Gateway was horribly busy. Collecting tickets were easy. However there was chaos at the refreshments counter. People did not know that they had to pre-order first and collect refreshments elsewhere. People were going back and forth. There was no one to help use the order screens and paypoint machine that you now have to operate YOURSELF??? It took me one hour to get popcorn??? My movie started at 3pm. We checked the kids in - came back to the queue and waited and waited and waited and waited. Took popcorn to the kids and the movie ended 25 mins later. I got the phone number of the manager and called him to complain to say that my Ster Kenikor experience was horrible because of the above. That they needed ushers and more staff on public holidays. Ster Kenikor also needs to be more lenient towards people with specials needs ito health. The kiddies cushions were finished. Some of the refreshment attendants were on a go slow. All the manager said was that he was sorry and that they did not expect such a crowd. Come on... its a public holiday.
