poor service by ticket staff

After standing at the ticket office like an idiot for some time with no one to assist this evening we were told due to potential load shedding. Eventually 5 minutes into movie and no load shedding and a quick scramble to get tickets. After an system error and them not being able to provide the child rate the lady then proceeded to go on a little power trip and questions my son's age. Him being a few month's short of ten I was advised he can not watch as it's pg10.....urrrhmmm it's pg it is up to the parents discretion but they would not hear if it. Disgusted sticking to numetro in future.
