Poor Service, Bad Attitude.

Attended a movie there last week. When I requested to purchase a wine and cheese combo as advertised,I was told that single glasses of wine were out of stock and I would have to purchase an entire bottle. They have been out of stock for over two weeks now. I didn't want to consume an entire bottle of wine. I complained to the manager about them being out of stock. He adopted a couldn't care less attitude. The obvious solution to keep a customer happy, was to serve me a glass of wine from a bottle. I suggested this to the manager who flatly refused. His attitude throughout was completely dismissive and unhelpful. Surely this is not the way to do business.Is Ster Kinekor not breaching the Advertising Standards Authority by continuing to advertise an item they know to be out of stock?<br> <br> My experience has completely changed my attitude to this cinema which till now I have frequently attended. We are fortunate in Durban that we are spoilt for choice when it comes to cinemas. My family, friends and I will think twice before we return there.
