Poor service at sterkinekor call center and Eastgate cinema

Hi service received from call center and at Eastgate branch was phatetic to say the least. I wanted to make bookings via the app but the app would not accept any of the Edgars or vitality details. Which led me to call the call center for assistance. However I was told that there was nothing that they could do and I should go to Eastgate for assistance. I spoke to the manager who refused to help even though I had vouchers for movies that were given to me just before Covid-19 started.
