Poor Service at Ster-Kinekor, Promenade in Mitchells Plain

Myself and girlfriend at the time, in advance, booked online to watch the movie Avengers, End Game. We were excited to watch it and booked our seats way before the time. This was at Ster-Kinekor, Mitchells Plain in Prominade Mall.

Our experience was terrible. Poor service. When we got there, our seats were taken by others. These were one of the highly anticipated movies and so the cinema was at full capacity. When the movie started, we complained to the staff that our seats were taken by others and they told us that there is nothing that they can do. We had to sit on the hard floor and watch the movie because we really wanted to watch it and we paid for a comfortable seat. When we complained to the Manager, and asked for a refund, he didn't want to give it.

I feel like we didn't get the justice we deserved. I put in a formal complaint on the website and even on Facebook and we were promised feedback and action and nothing was done. Not even a refund to say sorry.
