Poor service at Ster Kinekor Gateway

I have had multiple visits to Ster Kinekor Gateway and I always wait at least 30 minutes or longer in the popcorn queue even if it is not a busy day. They do not have a common queue. The attendants are very slow and sometimes struggle when they have problems with the payment. After that long wait you then queue in another slow queue to have your ticket scanned. I have complained to the managers, and via email and on the onsite digital complaints computer.<br> Medeshni Annamalai
