POOR SERVICE AT STER KINEKOR CAPE GATE

Worst experience ever. My husband and I bought tickets online to watch Bad Boys at Cape Gate Mall in Cape Town. When we got there there was some delay we eventually got to the movie theater waiting for the movie to start. After an hour of a blank screen other viewers told us the movie was canceled. No communication from Ster Kinekor management team at all. This cinema has POOR service. They make us spend money on snacks, drinks and tickets just to cancel the movie. They knew they had issues yet want to make money from clients by still selling expensive snacks when they know the movie will not play. The cherry on the cake is that we had to wait again to get n 'refund'. I will not recommend anyone to visit any Ster Kinekor. If you cannot perform your business' main function then CLOSE.
