Poor Service at Prestige

<p>Last night (26-06-16) I went to watch Central Intellegence at Eastgate Cine Prestige (20:15). Upon arrival, 20 mins before the movie began, getting the staffs attention proved difficult. 5mins before the movie starts I was reluctantly served and got my order taken. Inclusive in the order was a small pizza which I was told will get deliver to my seat. </p> <p> </p> <p>15 mins into the movie goes by and everyone who had to be served was served. 25mins go by and no sign of my order. This went on until an hour of the staffs no show with my order. I was finally fed up and got out my seat and went to the kitchen only to find the lady that was meant to bring my order having a fat chat with other members of staff. She insisted she will bring it and in a flash she has the pizza which was right next to her the whole time! At this point I had had enough I warned her that I do not want to loose my temper and demanded my refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>With all this I had already missed a good 15min of the movie that I paid for and went hungry for the rest of the duration of the movie. This had totally ruined an experience I was looking forward to. This is appalling from service from a company I've always held high in my praises. </p>
