Poor service and broken website

Ster-Kinekor has always been awful. Their website is absolute trash when it comes to transactions. It is slow and outdated. 2 weeks ago I struggled for 3 hours to book bulk tickets because their site had crashed owing to the traffic just to have them happily take money off my account which equated to 32 tickets when I only wanted 17 but I was given no booking reference and so the next day the seats I had paid for twice had been booked by people who were lucky enough to not face some sort of issue during check out. They managed to assist me the next day with vouchers but to this day I have not received a refund.
