Poor Service All Around

So on Tuesday we decide to go to the movies, i've always liked ster kinekor more than nu metro, its Tuesday so you know its going to be busy go to one of the self service ticket machines and the guy tells us the system is offline so we have to wait in line for the box office one line for about people, took us about 30mins to finally get our tickets, i ask the guy at the box office if its just the self service thats offline or all card payments he says we can pay for our popcorn and stuff with card so we wait in the line another 15mins (45mins spent in lines) we order our stuff only to find out all they have is coke no other soft drink ONLY coke the lady rings up our order and i pull my card out to pay she looks at me and in a rude tone she tells me NO CARD CASH ONLY!i try tell her that the guy at the box office said i can pay with card she raises her voice and says it again NO CARD CASH ONLYso i ask her to not be so rude and she and another lady just laugh, i tell her to keep it for me i'll go get cash coming back she says she's given our popcorn to someone else and that i must wait in line again i tell her no chance after arguing with her she finally helps us numetro from now on
