Poor Service.

Me and my party of 3 where at SK to watch the new Jurassic park.<br> To ensure we got seats we where there at 16:30 to buy tickets and we purchased our beverages at about 19:45.<br> All SK's information indicated that the movie starts at 20:00, when we wanted to enter at 19:50 / 19:55 the person at the entry told us we are very early and must wait. so we waited and waited.<br> <br> The line built up for people wanting to enter and we where allowed to START going in at 20:10.<br> We only entered the cinema at 20:20 - 20:25. By this time, our popcorn was cold and our cold drinks had no more ice in them.<br> <br> I really think it is poor, to let the movies run so late and let people wait 10 min passed the starting time.<br> <br> I am very dissatisfied by SK's service and I feel like I wasted my money.
