Poor Service

Saturday 2nd of May, my Fiance and myself decided to go and see a film for our date night. To be honest it was a very frustrating experience to say the least that left a bitter taste both our mouths that evening. I pre booked our tickets, and when we collected them realized that we had to buy 3D glasses before we could go into the film.<br> we stood in an insanely long queue only to get to the cashier for her to tell us we could not use our card to buy the glasses and was not very helpful at all or interested to help us in any way. As we both dont like to carry cash on hand we had to now go find an atm to draw some money. I get to an atm only for the atm to swallow my card and leave my fiance and myself in an even more frustrating position( not sterkinekor's fault) my Fiance was able to draw money and then we had to stand in a monstrous queue once again only to get to the same cashier and we pay but now she has no change, and I end up waiting another 15min for somebody to bring change out to me from the back.<br> <br> Then we had to wait in another insanely long queue to buy drink and popcorn, to be honest I think this has been the worst experience I have had as a paying customer in my life.
