Poor service

Last night my wife and I went to the Ster-Kinekor cinemas at Rosebank. Firstly the Lady(Yvonne) took her own time to serve everyone. We got to the queue at 8pm(The movie started at 8:15) and with only 4 or 5 people in front of us we got to the front of the queue at 8:30. The lady at the counter was so sour and even got our order wrong which delayed the process even more. After 40minutes of standing in the queue and dealing with a morbid cashier, we were finally done.<br> <br> As loyal customers of Ster kinekor rosebank i found the service to be pathetic on a whole. I really hope someone would jack up the staff and put a smile on their faces.
