Poor Service

<p>We were at Ster Kinekor Eastrand Mall today to watch "Fantastic Beasts and where to find them". We waited in the queue to get beverages for *- 35 minutes and with this we were late for the movie "They just had the one side of the kiosks open even though there was an enormous queue". Going into the movie someone was in my seat and she was booked for the same seat as me. I went to speak to the lady at the counter and she said that there was no double bookings and she didn't even want to go and have a look to sort it out. With the attitude she gave me and with the tempers running pretty high at that moment I didn't even get a refund for my ticket and couldn't watch the movie. This was the ****piest service I have ever had at Ster Kinekor.</p>
